Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl222 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

When material changes are made, jl222 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
